The centre is close by with a range of programs to suit you. It is the best in the North of Goa in my experience. The centre has steam baths, mud baths, and various massage therapies. The treatment is for the individual, which means it may vary from person to person as to what you need. Booking can be taken for all programs. Body Care Programs
Rejuvenation Therapy

This therapy is to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul, to tone the skin, and strengthen the whole system, returning to the eternal youth. This treatment consists of synchronised body massage with hands and feet by two therapists using medicated oil and cream. Internal rejuvenative medicines and herbal medicated steam baths are included with the massage. This programme is for 2 to 3 hrs per day for 7-14 days
Body Purification Therapy

This treatment is to purify the whole body to attain complete balance of vata, pita and kapha based on the panchakarma and swedakarma treatments. Body Immunization/Longevity treatment

The main part of this program is the special ayurvedic medicine which is given internally. Slimming Program

Panchakarma Programs

This complete rejuvenation package contains the famous Panchkarma therapies and some of the sub therapies. Panchakarma consists of medicated emesis VAMANA to remove excess Kapha, therapeutic Purgation VIRECHANA to clear excess pitta, medicated enema VASTHI to eject excess vata, nasal drops NASYA for diseases of the head, and bloodletting RAKTAMOKSHANA incase of blood disorders.
